HOW TO BEGIN THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS….

Applications are being accepted for limited openings only. Please contact admissions, by emailing janecross@thenewclassicalacademy.org to inquire about which classes may have openings.

To be considered for early admissions, we recommend you begin this admission process by October or early November to have enough time to complete the process by February 1st.

STEP 1: TOUR THE NEW CLASSICAL ACADEMY

Touring the campus is a great first step of the application process and is often the most important, as you get to see first-hand what makes TNCA unique. During your private tour, you will meet with our Director of Admissions, see the campus, and have an opportunity to ask questions.

To schedule a private tour, fill out the form above and someone will be in touch with available times.

Tours during the 2023/2024 school year are offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. If you are unable to visit at these times, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Financial Aid: To apply for tuition assistance, please complete the financial aid form below. The financial aid form and required documents must be submitted with the child’s application.

We welcome Opportunity Scholarship recipients.

STEP 4 : SCHEDULE ACADEMIC EVALUATION AND STUDENT CAMPUS TOUR

The final step of the application process for all students is an academic evaluation. Admissions will reach out to you once all the steps are complete to schedule a time for your child to visit campus and complete their evaluation.

STEP 5: WAIT FOR ACCEPTANCE

Once steps 1-5 are complete, the child’s application will be placed into a waiting pool for admissions. When all returning families have re-enrolled and been accepted, we will begin accepting new students from the waitlist pool. Families can expect to hear from us throughout the month of March if their child has been accepted. While priority goes to current families and siblings, we continue to evaluate all students each year to ensure that we are still the best fit for the child and that the child is still thriving in our environment. Applications received after February 1st are placed in a rolling admissions pool and will be notified if space is/or becomes available.

STEP 6: ENROLL

To enroll your accepted child and hold their spot you must return your tuition contract and enrollment fee of $185 within 2 weeks of receiving your acceptance letter.
